Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: On-site, Nagercoil

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing lead to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to quickly boost brand visibility and generate leads. This role involves managing the marketing team, overseeing digital channels such as social media, email, and paid ads, and ensuring alignment with sales and product strategies. The Marketing Lead is also responsible for monitoring campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments, and delivering timely reports to measure impact and optimize results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy Development & Execution

─ Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market share.

─ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

2. Team Management

─ Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and ensuring effective collaboration.

─ Allocate tasks, manage performance, and provide guidance to team members.

3. Campaign Planning & Management

─ Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.

─ Collaborate with the design team to create reels, carousels, email assets, and landing pages

─ Monitor performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, engagement rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

─ Build sales enablement materials: pitch decks, brochures, service PDFs.

4. Brand Management

─ Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

─ Oversee content creation, visual design, and messaging for various channels.

5. Digital Marketing Oversight

─ Supervise SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns.

─ Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM systems to track effectiveness & optimise marketing funnels.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

─ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

─ Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and forecasts.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

─ Work closely with Sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

─ Support product launches, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.

8. Event and PR Management

─ Organize and represent the brand at trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.

─ Manage media relations, press releases, and public appearances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or brand building

- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages

- Strong sense of design & storytelling – knows how to build scroll-stopping content

- Experience working with content creators or video editors

- Bonus: worked in a tech/startup/creative agency setting

- Strong communication, ownership mindset, and ability to move fast with a lean team

Tools to be Used:

· Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

· Google Analytics, Search Console

· Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or HubSpot

· Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow/WordPress basics
