Marketing & Lead Coordinator (In-Person | HVAC & Construction)

Job Overview
We are a well-established, family-owned HVAC & Construction company with over 25 years of trusted service. We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Coordinator to join our team in person and take ownership of our in-house marketing and lead management efforts.

This mid-level position is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of advertising (especially digital), enjoys tracking performance, and thrives in a hands-on role that also involves customer interaction and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to optimize results and ROI
  • Manage ad budgets and track daily/weekly performance metrics
  • Follow up promptly with leads generated from ads, phone calls, and other sources
  • Call and book appointments with potential clients
  • Maintain and update lead tracking systems (e.g., CRM or spreadsheets)
  • Collaborate with management to adjust marketing strategies as needed
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in creating and managing ads (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation strategies
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to track leads and marketing data accurately
  • Proactive, organized, and self-driven
  • Must be able to work in person at our office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
  • HVAC or construction industry knowledge is required

Pay: $23.25 - $28.00 per hour
