Role Summary

The Marketing & Lead Generation Manager is responsible for running Levco’s entire top-of-funnel engine, delivering a consistent, predictable flow of qualified leads that fuel revenue growth across all product verticals.

This role oversees campaign execution, brand presence, lead tracking and qualification, partnerships, and nurturing systems. They drive measurable results, reduce cost per lead, and strengthen Levco’s long-term growth advantage.

Core Responsibilities

1. Department Leadership

  • Lead the department by establishing goals, accountability rhythms, and consistent KPI reviews.
  • Ensure smooth operations across all lead generation systems and maintain strong alignment with Customer Development and Service Ops.

2. Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Own the annual and seasonal marketing calendar and execute all paid and organic campaigns.
  • Optimize targeting, creative, channel mix, and budgets to deliver predictable, cost-efficient MQL volume.

3. Brand Presence, Content & Reputation

  • Strengthen Levco’s visibility and authority through SEO, content, social media, website UX, and local brand initiatives.
  • Drive review generation, engagement, and overall reputation performance.
  • Maintain and enforce Levco’s brand standards across all digital, print, and community-facing assets.
  • Ensure all messaging, visuals, and customer-facing content consistently reflect Levco’s identity, values, and quality expectations.

4. Lead Management: Tracking, Qualification & Nurturing

  • Ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, data hygiene, and performance reporting across all channels.
  • Maintain qualification criteria and workflows to ensure clean, complete handoffs to Customer Development.
  • Build and optimize nurture sequences and lifecycle journeys to increase engagement, reactivation, and conversion.

5. Partnerships, Community & Audience Growth

  • Expand referral channels, partnerships, sponsorships, and Levco’s presence in the community.
  • Grow and enrich contact lists to support targeted campaigns and maintain a full top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Strengthen community visibility through events, grassroots outreach, and local relationship building.

Experience & Skills

Required

  • 3–7+ years in marketing, lead generation, growth roles, or top-of-funnel operations
  • Experience managing paid campaigns, content creation, social media, and SEO
  • Strong analytical skills with CRM, dashboards, and attribution systems
  • Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong writing, messaging, and brand voice capabilities

Preferred

  • Experience in home services, trades, or subscription-based industries
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and automated drip platforms
  • High comfort with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
