InfuseTrack is a software solution designed to bring clarity, control, and confidence to equipment management for infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, home infusion providers, and hospital outpatient departments. Our software eliminates the challenges that come with manually managing infusion pumps, medical devices, and critical assets by tracking equipment inventory and workflows in a centralized platform. InfuseTrack is a wholly owned product of WeInfuse.

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional with great communication and interpersonal skills to build brand awareness via marketing channels and events, as well as have a direct impact on our client sales process.

The Marketing Lead will be a key member of our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and operational expertise to bring an exciting perspective to inform our marketing strategy and presence. The position will report directly to our executive team and VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Increase brand awareness via print and digital marketing materials to supplement the sales team's efforts
  • Create engaging, lead-generating social media graphics and content
  • Design, develop and distribute marketing communications (e.g. flyers, brochures, e-newsletters, blogs, etc.)
  • Write, edit, and publish press releases and other publicity-generating materials
  • Manage special projects such as video creation, marketing collateral, webinar series, website updates, etc.
  • Coordinate and expand social media marketing (namely, LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Update and maintain website (design new pages; update existing pages and features)
  • Generate and maintain client sales leads
  • Curate prospective client information in CRM tool
  • Lead planning and execution of events and conferences
  • Assist with team travel logistics for sales trips and conferences
  • Measure marketing efforts (e.g. website traffic, demo request stats, number of followers, etc.)
  • Bring creative and new ideas to improve marketing strategy (there are no bad ideas!)
  • Be open to going beyond comfort zone

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or similar
  • Portfolio of previous work
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be extremely organized and efficient
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
  • Excellent computer skills: HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, Canva, all Microsoft Office Applications, etc.
  • Able to work independently and learn new skills through self-study
  • Travel required (10%)
