Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Lead / Manager to own and scale Lumida’s marketing function end-to-end.

This is a high-agency role for someone who can think strategically and execute at speed. You will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid social/ads, organic social media, podcasts, media mentions, co-hosted panels, events, and brand activations.

Your goal will be to turn Lumida’s research, insights, and ideas into distribution, brand authority, and client acquisition.

You will be joining a lean, high-performing team and will act as the driving force behind both marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Ownership
  • Own Lumida’s overall marketing strategy across growth, content, and brand
  • Define positioning, messaging, and channel strategy across paid, organic, media, events, and partnerships
  • Build a scalable marketing playbook
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulations (RIA, SEC marketing rules, FINRA guidelines
  • Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Drive client acquisition through end-to-end campaign ownership across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), organic, podcasts, media, and emerging channels
  • Own funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Run structured experiments to improve ROI and continuously test new channels and tactics
  • Content & Distribution Engine
  • Build and manage Lumida’s content engine
  • Translate complex financial ideas into clear, engaging narratives
  • Oversee distribution across social media, SEO, newsletters, podcasts, media placements, and events
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and track key marketing KPIs
  • Build dashboards and generate insights
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Systems & AI
  • Implement tools and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Leverage AI for marketing automation and scaling efforts
  • Streamline marketing operations
  • Team & Collaboration
  • Manage agencies and external vendors
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and research teams
  • Identify hiring needs and help build and scale the marketing team

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth outcomes
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and funnels
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with AI tools preferred
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services, RIA, fintech) preferred
  • Ability to stay current on trends and adapt strategies based on performance
  • Background in finance or investments is a plus
