Reports to: CEO
Job Responsibilities: - Build and execute performance marketing strategies across Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Manage campaign budgets, track and optimize ROAS.
- Analyze data (traffic, conversion, CPL, CLTV) for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team (digital, content, design).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align business goals.
- Experiment with new approaches and drive growth-oriented KPIs.
Skills & Experience: - 2 3 + years in Digital or Performance Marketing.
- Experience in E-commerce or fast-growth startups.
- Skilled in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and Meta Events Manager.
- Data-driven mindset, proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of leading a small team ( 3 people).
- Familiar with AI tools for marketing efficiency.
