Marketing Liaison

Adara Surgical Institute is seeking a professional, outgoing, and highly motivated Marketing Liaison to join our team. This is an in-person role focused on developing and maintaining relationships with referring dental offices, supporting practice growth initiatives, and representing the practice throughout the community. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable spending time both in the office and visiting referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices through regular in-person visits and ongoing communication.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners and assist in strengthening referral networks.
• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support practice growth and brand awareness.
• Assist with planning and hosting educational events, study clubs, referral appreciation events, and community outreach activities.
• Manage and support social media advertising campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and practice communications.
• Track referral trends, marketing activities, and outreach efforts to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with surgeons and leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
• Represent the practice professionally at networking events, educational programs, and industry functions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Marketing, business development, sales, or relationship management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Professional presentation and ability to build lasting relationships with referral partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to referring offices.

Work Schedule

This is an in-person position that may be part-time or full-time depending on experience and organizational needs. The role requires regular travel to referring dental offices throughout the region, attendance at practice-sponsored events, and collaboration with the team at our Issaquah office. Remote work is not available for this position.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
