What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Lead 360° integrated marketing campaigns to bring product launches, limited editions, and core collections to life—through bold activations, immersive pop-ups, curated gifting, and buzz-worthy digital content.

Own the annual Middle East (ME) marketing calendar, aligning brand moments with retail and e-commerce initiatives to deliver memorable consumer experiences.

Track and analyze campaign performance; continuously refine creative strategy and channel mix to maximize brand impact and ROI.

Spot cultural trends, scout local artist collaborations, and build partnership opportunities that energize fans and spark cross-platform engagement.

Grow and manage a high-performing local marketing team—driving creativity, results, and seamless collaboration with HQ and cross-functional partners.

Collaborate with global and regional teams to share ME market insights and localize global campaigns with cultural relevance and flair.

Oversee budget management, campaign rollout, and product/sample forecasting to ensure smooth execution across all touchpoints.

Cultivate strong relationships with local landlords, malls, and real estate partners to secure premium venues for pop-ups, events, and brand activations.
What We’re Looking For – Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

8–10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role; experience in fashion, entertainment, or consumer goods is highly preferred. Experience working with or within Chinese companies is a strong plus.

A strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility—able to turn insights into culturally resonant campaigns for Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to coach and motivate a creative team.

Strong understanding of UAE and GCC consumer behavior, culture, and social media landscape; hands-on experience in offline activations and omnichannel marketing is essential.

Cross-cultural mindset and experience working in or with multinational/global teams.

Exceptional project management skills, capable of driving complex campaigns from ideation to execution.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Mandarin is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
