Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for using strategy and creativity to make a real impact? BALANCE, a premium eating disorder treatment center in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our growing two-person marketing team and elevate our brand presence.

We are a mission-driven organization with a strong voice in the mental health field, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can amplify that voice through innovative campaigns, strategic leadership, and a mastery of digital marketing.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our marketing vision. You’ll lead and mentor a two-person team, craft and execute strategies that drive new client inquiries, and showcase BALANCE as a thought leader in eating disorder treatment. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll be rolling up your sleeves with Google Ads and social campaigns, while also setting the big-picture direction that fuels our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our marketing team (hiring, mentoring, scheduling, and performance).
• Build and execute marketing strategies that align with BALANCE’s mission and drive measurable results.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage website performance, SEO strategies, and email marketing campaigns (Active Campaign).
• Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to support client acquisition goals.
• Oversee analytics and reporting (turning data into actionable insights).
• Create compelling content (presentations, infographics, videos, social campaigns, thought leadership pieces).
• Coordinate digital events such as webinars, blog posts, and podcasts.
• Stay ahead of industry and marketing trends, ensuring BALANCE maintains a strong competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions and Leadership to align marketing with organizational goals.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a small team.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset: you love diving into KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Bonus: experience in mental health, eating disorders, or healthcare marketing.

• Salary: $77,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
