Job Title: Marketing Manager – Powersports Dealership (Multi-Location)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth
Reports To: Dealer Principal
Employment Type: Full-time in Person

Travel: Must be Willing to Travel (Paid by Company) to All Locations.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the marketing efforts for our four-location powersports dealership. This role is responsible for managing external marketing agencies, planning and executing local events, and creating and implementing promotional campaigns across all locations to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for executing weekly email newsletters tailored to each store’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly promotions tailored to each dealership’s goals and inventory.
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, email, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure alignment with dealership identity across all marketing efforts.

Email Marketing

  • Create and distribute weekly email newsletters for each dealership location, featuring promotions, events, inventory highlights, and service offerings.
  • Manage customer lists, segment audiences, and track email performance analytics to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external marketing and advertising agencies.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring agencies deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Review and approve creative assets and campaign deliverables.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and coordinate dealership events (e.g., open houses, demo days, community rides, product launches).
  • Work with vendors, partners, and internal staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Measure event success through customer feedback and ROI tracking.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales, service, and management teams at each location to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all marketing communications across the dealership group.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in retail, automotive, or powersports industries.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a dealership environment (powersports, automotive, RV, or marine preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM and dealership management systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

: $70,000-$85,000 Varies Based on Experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
