DOBCO, INC. – Nominated for the NJBIZ Business of the Year Award in 2022, is a highly successful, privately owned general contractor specializing in public works projects. We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our corporate office in Wayne, NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a leading part in driving the success of Dobco’s real estate development projects through strategic marketing, branding, and business development initiatives.

The Real Estate Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to market and position Dobco’s real estate development projects for maximum visibility and success. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing brand positioning, and supporting sales efforts. In addition, the role will oversee ongoing enhancements to the company website and manage Dobco’s LinkedIn page to ensure a strong, consistent digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Development Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Dobco’s real estate development projects.
  • Identify target audiences and create campaigns to reach potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Produce and manage project-specific marketing materials, property listings, and presentations.
  • Support sales teams with tailored collateral to advance real estate transactions.
  • Organize and execute open houses, industry conferences, and networking events for development projects.

Branding & Digital Presence

  • Maintain and strengthen Dobco’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Manage website content, ensure real estate project information is current, and lead ongoing enhancements.
  • Oversee the company’s LinkedIn page to deliver consistent, engaging content that promotes Dobco’s projects and corporate image.
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to maximize ROI and project positioning.
  • Stay current on real estate industry best practices and integrate findings into campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, construction, or development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, website management, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics, and graphic design tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or construction marketing is a plus.

This role is Onsite in Wayne, NJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
