Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales. If you're passionate about reaching creative professionals and building brand visibility in a B2B environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital campaigns, including email, paid ads, SEO, and social media
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for product launches, promotions, and trade events
  • Maintain and update website content, promotions, new items, and e-commerce performance to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Make web content suggestions.
  • Manage marketing contractors (Influencers/Designers) to ensure most effective ROI
  • Create and Manage marketing assets including product sheets, newsletters, quarterly catalogs and landing pages
  • Research market trends and customer needs within the ceramics industry
  • Manages Team Members Task List to ensure the marketing team stays focused, productive, and aligned with their primary responsibilities
  • Manage Team to Plan and Execute Events - these events might include trade shows, pottery expos, product demos, open studios, educational workshops, or distributor conferences
  • Manage new design pipeline and new design recommendations
  • Manage Bisque Imports' social media channels and websites to maintain a strong competitive presence in the industry, making strategic marketing adjustments as needed.
  • Design and implement B2B digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with product availability, pricing, and promotions
  • Optimize the company website and digital catalog for SEO and lead conversion
  • Develop nurturing workflows for long sales cycles common in the construction and design space
  • Produce insightful marketing reports and track KPIs such as lead quality, engagement, and ROI
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the design and construction sectors
  • Recommend and test new tools, platforms, or strategies to improve digital performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 Year Degree in Marketing
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong skills in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Meta Ads)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Interest or background in ceramics, crafts, or creative industries is a strong plus
