Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee SEO efforts to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to engage target audiences effectively.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives that resonate with B2B audiences, including blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives, including Google AdWords campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of visually appealing marketing materials, both digital and print advertising.
- Manage e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance through effective product management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Write compelling copy for various channels that engages customers and drives action.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar capacity with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with multichannel marketing approaches and the ability to integrate them effectively.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.
- Knowledge of HTML and WordPress for managing website content is a plus.
- Excellent research skills combined with the ability to write clear, persuasive copy tailored to target audiences.
