Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on RFP/RFQ responses and in-house marketing materials. This role requires a professional who can combine exceptional project management with hands-on creative execution, supporting both business development and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & RFP/RFQ Management

Lead the full lifecycle of RFP/RFQ responses: coordinating with internal stakeholders, writing and editing content, and ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant, and on schedule.

Create and maintain a library of case studies, project profiles, and standard proposal content for efficient and consistent responses.

Partner with subject-matter experts to develop tailored messaging and winning proposals.
In-House Marketing & Creative Collateral

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including resumes, presentations, proposals, and case studies that align with brand standards.

Manage internal requests for marketing support across departments, ensuring timely delivery of polished materials.

Maintain brand consistency and elevate visual identity across all internal and external communications.
Campaign Development & Execution

Plan and execute ad campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness and support sales goals.

Create and manage HubSpot marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.

Monitor analytics to optimize campaign performance and report on ROI.
Project Completion & Photography Coordination

Track the completion of key projects to identify opportunities for professional photography and marketing documentation.

Coordinate with project teams, clients, and photographers to schedule and manage photo shoots.

Oversee editing and distribution of photography for use in proposals, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with business development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and printing partners as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrated success in RFP/RFQ responses and proposal development.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) for campaign creation and analytics.

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience in professional services, construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) systems and pipeline management.
