Marketing Manager

We are a growing coffee shop brand passionate about delivering high-quality beverages, desserts, and a unique café experience. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the F&B/coffee shop industry.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions to drive customer traffic.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers for brand campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends.
  • Plan and oversee local activations, events, and partnerships to increase visibility.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, sales impact).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the F&B industry (coffee shop experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
