Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple business locations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences on social media, and drive customer traffic and sales consistently across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns tailored to multiple business locations.
- Ensure brand consistency while allowing for local market customization.
- Oversee budget allocation and track ROI across campaigns.
- Social Media Management
- Create, manage, and grow our presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop content calendars, manage scheduling, and engage with followers.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for growth and engagement.
- Multi-Location Marketing
- Coordinate with location managers to design local promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.
- Implement geo-targeted advertising to maximize local impact.
- Collect and analyze feedback from each location to refine strategies.
- Brand & Creative
- Manage content creation (graphics, video, copywriting) that resonates with both global and local audiences.
- Uphold brand standards across all platforms and locations.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across social and local channels.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in social media management.
- Experience managing campaigns for multi-location businesses (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred).
- Strong skills in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt messaging to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with influencer partnerships or community engagement initiatives.
- Graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
