We’re recruiting an experienced 'Marketing Manager' to join a well-known real estate company based in Muscat, Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for individual properties, utilizing online and offline advertising, signage, and promotional materials

Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to ensure effective promotion and optimal property showcasing

Create compelling property listings across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and print media

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, email campaigns, and social media activities

Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels

Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

Track expenses and measure ROI for marketing activities, refining strategies as required

Lead public relations efforts, including media engagement, press releases, and event management

Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing

10–12 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with property developers in Oman or other Gulf countries
