We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to help grow the business.

The owners’ and senior management’s professionalism and years of business experience, coupled with great products, is resulting in a very successful business and exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Our Restaurants serve very different communities and need someone that can navigate each of them.

Job Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive take-out sales, and develop large order sales. You will manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives and work closely with ownership, senior management, and front-of-house teams for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Take-Out Restaurant (B2C Focus)

· Develop local and digital marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and online orders

· Manage and build social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with engaging content and promotions

· Monitor Google reviews, Yelp, Uber and other review platforms, responding to feedback and maintaining high ratings

· Design and distribute flyers, local mailers, and in-store promotional materials

· Partner with food delivery apps and run campaigns on those platforms (e.g., UberEats)

· Be a Brand Ambassador by being primary contact for community partners and building strong relationships within the community

· Plans and executes NRO including pre/post opening activities and support

Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food, hospitality, or small business sectors

· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, email marketing, Google Ads)

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for content creation

· Basic understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

· Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills

· Passion for food, community, and hospitality

· Photography/videography skills for food and event shoot

· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
