Marketing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and develop effective advertising campaigns to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
• Manage print advertising efforts to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with product management teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging.
• Lead advertising sales efforts, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Experience

• Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within e-commerce or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and analytics tools.
• Experience in print advertising and traditional marketing methods is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in performance marketing, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally within an organization.
