Marketing Manager

Job description:

Boca's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. This position is boots on the ground, intended for someone well-rounded in various areas of marketing, and the ability to align a team that can bring a plan to life with success. This is not an SEO or Digital marketing position, we already have that covered, but you will work collaboratively with them.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of marketing, branding and business development
• Professional services industry required, but legal is a huge plus
• Strong understanding of mass media, digital, social, and community outreach
• Connectivity to and familiarity with press releases and public relations
• Adept at identifying ways to reach a target audience

Some responsibilities for this position:

• Development of strategies that drive brand recognition
• Collaboration across multiple platforms for a unified message
• Oversee all aspects of event planning, and utilizing resources
• Growing strategic referral partnerships
• Community engagement through events and sponsorships
• Provide guidance for graphic design and message content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Manage outside vendor relationships
• Market research to drive direction and out-of-the-box thinking
• Monitor analytics and performance to identify areas of improvement
• Strategic annual planning and budgeting
• Quarterly reporting with ROI
