Peterson Cartridge is a manufacturer of match-grade rifle casings, located just north of Pittsburgh, PA in Cranberry Township. We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of marketing strategies, advertising, and project management, along with an ability to use data analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a high attention-to-detail thinker who can manage budgets effectively.

Duties

• Increase Company revenue from Online customers, quarter after quarter.
• Manage our annual marketing plan to expand PCC’s brand presence and market share.
• Oversee the Marketing Expense budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
• Travel to work events six to eight times a year. Some include weekends, out-of-state and international travel.
• Oversee and implement marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, content creation, social media, public relations, and trade shows.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Foster strong relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Work with and manage photographers and videographers to create new content for our website and social media platforms.
• Responsible for tracking, maintaining and increasing our email distribution lists.
• Purchasing responsibilities for marketing related expenses.

Skills

• Comfortable with running fast-paced, weekly marketing meetings.
• Highly skilled with Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and project management.
• Exceptional written communication skills. Ability to produce 100% error-free posts and newsletter articles, without help from a proofreader.
• Willingness to do the “high” jobs, like talking to presidents of industry companies, as well as the “low” jobs, like setting up the trade show booth, or keeping your records current in the CRM database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
