Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Content)About the Role
We’re a Brooklyn-based e-commerce leader in pro audio and music gear. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to build our brand presence and grow our impact on social and content channels. This role focuses on making a big push with content, strengthening partnerships with manufacturers, and creating campaigns that connect our products and culture to musicians everywhere.
What You’ll Do
- Social Media & Content Lead our push on socials (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Build and maintain a content calendar that includes short-form video, product demos, artist features, and storytelling that showcases our brand identity. Collaborate with our content studio to maintain consistent and engaging output.
- Brand Partnerships & Co-op Marketing Manage co-op programs with manufacturers: secure funding, align on launch timelines, deliver assets, and report results. Coordinate with brands on product launches, promotions, and artist-driven campaigns. Ensure compliance with MAP and other promotional guidelines.
- Campaigns & Promotions Drive brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and tentpole moments (holiday pushes, product drops, giveaways). Develop creative concepts that can be executed across social and content channels.
- Brand Reporting Track growth in reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Provide clear updates on campaign performance, co-op activities, and social metrics to guide next steps.
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce or brand marketing (music gear or consumer products preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and how to grow an engaged following.
- Experience running brand partnerships, co-op marketing programs, or manufacturer collaborations.
- Copywriting skills for social, product, and promotional content.
- Comfort working with creative teams (video, design, content production).
- Knowledge of SEO and content merchandising
- Organized, decisive, and able to keep multiple campaigns on track at once.
- Artist & Influencer Collaborations – Experience developing campaigns with musicians, content creators, or industry influencers to expand reach and credibility. Ability to identify talent, negotiate partnerships, and turn collaborations into engaging content.
- Affiliate & Referral Programs – Understanding of how to set up, grow, and track affiliate networks or customer referral programs to drive incremental revenue.
- Pro Audio / Music Industry Knowledge – A genuine interest in music gear, recording, or live performance. Hands-on familiarity with instruments, pro audio equipment, or the culture around them is a strong plus.
- Community Engagement – Experience building or moderating online communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, forums, etc.) that support brand awareness and loyalty.
Event / Artist Marketing – Exposure to event marketing, product launches, or artist showcases, ideally in the music or creative industries.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
