Role

Leads the planning, design, optimization, testing, execution, measurement, and reporting for the Bank’s marketing function. Responsible for the promotion of the Bank's products, services, and brand. Directs the efforts of the marketing team and works with them to implement marketing plans to attain objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, creating, and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate strategic objectives. Create marketing campaigns, collateral, and communications for various publications, channels, and platforms including retail branches, website, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, and outdoor. Ensure effective communication of campaigns to relevant stakeholders.

Interact and coordinate initiatives with external marketing and support partners. Establish and maintain relationships with local media representatives. Negotiate, recommend, and coordinate media buying.
Oversee and analyze market trends, competitors, and demographic data of existing and prospective clients, products, and services. Utilize client segmentation, analytics, and market research that culminates in a data-driven approach to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across platforms to maximize lead generation and sales. Keep abreast of financial services issues, trends, and developments to inform marketing strategy.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget. Monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI. Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on campaign performance and key performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on analysis.

Manage public relations activities. Oversee the representation of a positive organizational image to clients and the community. Represent the Bank at various business and community functions and assist with Bank participation in internal and external events.

Effectively hire and direct the activities of marketing department personnel. Ensure individual and team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling; initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.

Maintains current knowledge and compliance with all regulatory BSA/AML and OFAC requirements and with all other bank policies, procedures and regulations.
