Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote the institutions academic programs.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and online advertising.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns, including educational fairs, school/college visits, seminars, and roadshows.
- Liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage the design and distribution of promotional materials – brochures, banners, videos, etc.
- Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Build strategic partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and education consultants.
- Supervise and streamline the end-to-end admissions process.
- Handle application intake, screening, document verification, and interview coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication between applicants and the institution.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure adherence to admission policies and enrolment targets.
- Maintain and report accurate data on inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Guide prospective students and parents on program selection, career paths, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
- Address student queries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and virtual platforms.
- Organize open houses, information sessions, webinars, and campus tours.
- Maintain student engagement throughout the decision-making journey.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, or student counselling
- Experience in the higher education sector preferred
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with travel as required for outreach programs
- Occasional weekend work for events and admissions support
