Marketing Manager

Overview

Scholaro is a fast-growing EdTech company based in downtown Chicago. We provide credential evaluation services and AI SaaS tools that help institutions and employers worldwide make faster, more accurate admissions and hiring decisions.

We’re looking for a dedicated Marketing & Content Manager, someone who can take ownership of marketing strategy, drive demand for our products, and produce engaging content (including video) to amplify our brand.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and own Scholaro’s marketing strategy (digital, content, brand, and demand gen).
• Run integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email (Mailchimp or similar), social, and conferences/events
• Partner with the sales team to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Track performance metrics and optimize based on ROI.

Content & Brand

• Manage a content calendar across web, email, and social channels.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging content (case studies, blog posts, product sheets, newsletters).
• Oversee creative design assets, either in-house or with vendors/freelancers.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints.

Collaboration & Growth

• Work directly with company leadership to refine positioning and messaging.
• Manage external partners for PR, design, and paid media.
• Lay the foundation for building a larger marketing team over time.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B.
• Proven track record running digital campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms with measurable results.
• Strong skills in content marketing, digital advertising, and social media management.
• Experience with video creation/editing is a strong plus, but not required for all projects.
• Data-driven, with knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Self-starter who thrives in a growth-stage environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
