Marketing Manager - Private Equity Fund

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to position the firm as a market leader. This role combines strategic brand-building with hands-on execution across digital, print, and event channels. The individual will work closely with the investment and investor relations teams to deliver content and campaigns that resonate with institutional investors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the firm’s marketing strategy aligned with fundraising and investor engagement objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all materials, events, and communications.
• Oversee design, production, and updates of corporate presentations, brochures, pitchbooks, and factsheets.
• Create thought leadership pieces, newsletters, investor updates, and market insights in collaboration with investment professionals.
• Manage website content, social media channels, and press releases to strengthen the firm’s profile.
• Partner with external PR, media, and design agencies to amplify visibility.
• Support the investor relations team in preparing high-quality marketing materials for fundraising campaigns, RFPs, and due diligence processes.
• Manage the production and distribution of quarterly/annual reports and fund updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines across all communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and presentation development skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail.
