Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. This role involves both public speaking and one-on-one meetings with potential users, partners, and wholesalers to promote our brand, strengthen relationships, and expand our market reach. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Create compelling content for multiple channels, including email marketing, blogs, and print advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support B2B marketing efforts and enhance advertising sales strategies.
  • Conduct public presentations, webinars, and live events to represent the brand and communicate key messages effectively.
  • Participate in 1:1 meetings with potential users, partners, and wholesalers to establish relationships, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively for all marketing initiatives while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead product management efforts by coordinating with development teams for successful product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with Web Builders HTML for website management and updates.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content tailored to various audiences.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing strategies that include email campaigns, social media, and print advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in both public speaking and individual client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Insurance and Financial Services Experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
