Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our client marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel strategies, and performance marketing. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility and improve website traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support advertising sales efforts.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite for the development of visual assets that support marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration – Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications
  • Experience from 5-6 years leading Brand, Communication and Product / Category Management
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of complex, multi-year project, 5-6 years
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates; basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Excellent research capabilities to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in product management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
