Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our client marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer engagement.
- Manage SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility and improve website traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support advertising sales efforts.
- Create compelling content for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite for the development of visual assets that support marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration – Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications
- Experience from 5-6 years leading Brand, Communication and Product / Category Management
- Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of complex, multi-year project, 5-6 years
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates; basic HTML skills are a plus.
- Excellent research capabilities to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in product management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategy adjustments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
