Marketing Manager

Company specialized in the distribution of luxury brand perfumes and cosmetics is looking for a Marketing Manager

In an international and multicultural environment, you will report to the CEO, in charge of implementing the global marketing plan, you will ensure the relationship and follow-up with the brands that we have in our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the company's marketing strategies in your sector.

- Supervise the implementation of the marketing strategy at the points of sale.

- Create and implement promotional events and activities

- Plan and execute promotional and animation campaigns.

- Set up launch of new product lines

- Monitor progress and submit performance reports

- Responsible for producing quality content for the company's online presence and organizing the company's publications

- Conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor marketing operations

- Strictly control allocated budgets.

- Ordering items, coordinating with brands, suppliers and internal teams based on specifications

- Verification of merchandising, fitting and planogram plans, monitoring of store installations.

- Support of the network on operational implementation.

- Visits and tours in stores to ensure the proper execution of the specifications

Profile:

Graduated from a business school, you have at least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in the Perfume Industry with a good knowledge of the Travel Retail sector.

You are fluent in French and English. You have very good interpersonal skills.

You are organized, autonomous and motivated and have a team spirit.

Business trips planned.
