Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing , email marketing, thought leadership and branding. The Marketing Manager should ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Ensuring optimal performance across all digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize future efforts.
• Create content for various channels including WordPress websites, social media platforms, and print advertising.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials that support property launches and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and Google analytics tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software and email marketing platforms.
• Experience in managing WordPress websites and creating engaging content.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Innovative and self-directed mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and executing campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
