Marketing Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop

• Develop, present, and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy to drive visibility and sales.
• Create, edit, and publish content that aligns with brand voice and TikTok audience trends.
• Establish, manage, and grow a network of affiliates and creators whose audiences align with Sereniseed’s target customer.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with affiliates, including moving those connections off-platform (Discord or similar) for long-term collaboration and retention.

Shopify Website

• Design, present, and execute an affiliate marketing program for the Sereniseed website — including structure, commission model, tracking process, and portal setup.
• Identify and engage potential partners, communities, and influencers who match our customer profile.
• Audit and recommendsite content improvements to prepare for paid traffic (Google Ads, social ads).
• Develop an actionable plan for launching and scaling paid acquisition on Shopify.

Product Listing Catalog

• Maintain brand and content consistency across all product listings (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok).
• Review and refine product copy, titles, and images for accuracy, tone, and SEO.
• Coordinate with the illustrator and designer on listing enhancements.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Revenue Growth & Channel Expansion

• Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales through optimization of existing channels and introduction of new ones.
• Focus on TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Etsy as primary areas of growth, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Regularly report performance metrics, insights, and next steps to the owner.

PPC Advertising (Long-Term)

• Gradually take ownership of Amazon PPC advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Support the expansion of PPC efforts across other platforms as strategy evolves.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team — willing to assist occasionally in packaging runs or other hands-on tasks as needed to support operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
