Marketing Manager

Job Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will be leading our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. Your creativity and strategic mindset will empower you to develop and implement various marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and optimize our marketing efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Optimize SEO practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication with our audience.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to align marketing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to refine marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
• Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic website management.
• Understanding of CRM tools and capabilities.
• Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Budgeting experience to effectively allocate resources for various projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography
