The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and business development strategies to promote the company’s scaffolding products and services. The role focuses on expanding market reach, generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve company sales and growth targets.
  • Identify potential business segments such as builders, contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
  • Plan and execute branding, promotional, and advertising campaigns to enhance visibility in the construction market.

2. Business Development

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through direct visits, networking, and industrial connections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and project management companies.
  • Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer queries, feedback, and service-related issues promptly.
  • Develop long-term partnerships to establish the company as a trusted scaffolding solutions provider.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the operations, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, including lead generation, pipeline updates, and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
