Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Plan and execute content calendars and ad campaigns.

Engage followers with creative reels, posts, and stories.

Track analytics to enhance performance and audience reach.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management.

Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends.

Excellent writing, editing, and creative thinking skills.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for social media, brochures, and ads.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign visuals.

Ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Strong sense of design, layout, and typography.

Real estate experience is a plus.
