Our team of experienced advisors provides personalized guidance, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help expand our reach and strengthen relationships with centers of influence and prospective clients.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support our team of financial advisors. This role combines strategy, creativity, and relationship-building. You’ll help shape our firm’s brand presence, coordinate targeted outreach efforts, and ensure our advisors have the marketing support needed to grow their books of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and business development.
  • Develop and mail personalized letters and marketing materials to prospective Centers of Influence (COIs), such as CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships and schedule introductions for advisors.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM records.
  • Assist with content creation — including newsletters, event invitations, social media updates, and website copy.
  • Track and report on marketing activities, response rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with advisors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and community engagement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $41.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
