Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, social media, print advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee advertising sales initiatives, including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the owner to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing materials while ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Create Quarterly marketing strategy with the owner
  • Implement the marketing strategy,
  • Create a minimum of 3 email campaigns per month in collaboration with owner, one for members, one for dropped members, and one for new customers;
  • Update the automated emails via Wellness Living once a month for customer lead funnel;
  • Update funnel list for front desk 1 time per month;
  • Conceptualize and produce creative campaigns for online promotions in collaboration with owner;
  • Maintain all social media channels with up to date information;
  • Create social media calendar quarterly for posts;
  • Create all social media posts and campaigns (Minimum of 3 posts weekly);
  • Train front desk in creating stories for social media;
  • Quarterly marketing goals - track and share them with owner;
  • Update website as needed;
  • Promote online campaigns;
  • Update SEO and Google page Quarterly;
  • Find 1 trade show, event per quarter for Zeal to find new customers;
  • Quarterly - attend trade shows and events to help promote Zeal;
  • Create flyers and graphics as needed in Canva;
  • Check all items being posted/ sent out for spelling and grammar mistakes;
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner;
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times;
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times;
  • Team player;
  • Strong verbal and writing skills;
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and Zeal business information;

PREFERRED Background

  • 1 - 2 years of marketing experience
  • Small Business experience
  • Experience with Square space
  • A self starter
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Strong understanding of HTML for basic website editing tasks.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing budgets and demonstrating financial acumen in marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
