We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to develop and execute a powerful marketing vision that promotes our business and generates high-quality leads. This is a hands-on role for a marketing all-rounder who can blend digital savvy with classic marketing principles. You will be the architect of our brand's voice, responsible for building our online presence from the ground up and creating compelling materials that resonate with our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan that leverages both digital and offline channels to generate leads and support sales conversion.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Manage and grow our digital footprint, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy (LinkedIn, etc.), and online advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Website: Take the lead in the creation, development, and continuous optimization of our company website.
- Collateral: Design and produce high-quality, on-brand marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, case studies, and presentations that are at par with current market trends.
- Content Writing: Craft smart, engaging, and persuasive content for all platforms—from website copy and blog articles to social media posts and press releases.
- Brand Development: Elevate and maintain the Adorn brand identity, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints.
- Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to attract and nurture prospects, building a robust pipeline for the sales team.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize for better ROI.
