What will you be doing at Atrium?

Atrium is looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This person will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, own our content engine, manage our social and digital presence, and support the creation of sales and offering materials. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong writing skills, project management discipline, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand across our target verticals and partner ecosystems (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).

• Develop content strategies aligned with company goals, messaging, and audience insights.

• Partner with leadership, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to translate technical expertise into engaging marketing content.

• Manage the Atrium blog, including topic research using SEO insights, content assignments to internal SMEs, editing, and publishing via WordPress.

• Write and edit a wide range of marketing materials, including customer stories, website pages, whitepapers, presentations, videos, emails, ads, and social copy.

• Manage and scale Atrium’s social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Support the marketing team in planning and promoting virtual and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, and partner events.

• Collaborate with go-to-market leaders to package and promote new offerings and services.

• Build presentations, one-pagers, and internal communications that clearly articulate Atrium’s value propositions.

Requirements for this role:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, consulting, or SaaS

• 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem

• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

• Exceptional storyteller and copywriter, able to craft tight narratives, compelling visuals, and memorable taglines

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
