We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness!

As our Marketing Manager you will be a key member of the marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the team to execute, monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement. Think of this group as an in-house marketing agency, supporting each functional area of the business to build brand awareness and equity while driving demand and supporting conversion to sales. Your focus will be on email marketing, event management, and website maintenance, requiring meticulous planning, execution, and continuous optimization. This data-driven role is all about maximizing FranFund’s Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Marketing: Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of virtual and in-person events. Manage pre-event and post-event marketing activities, remotely support on-site execution, conduct post-event evaluations, and provide optimization recommendations and reporting to maximize ROI.
  • Email Marketing: Manage and optimize marketing automation and email campaigns with support from the marketing team including copy and creative to simplify the sales process, engage prospects and referral partners (franchisors, MBO/FSO, consultants/brokers), nurture leads, and support development strategies.
  • Website Management: Ensure website content and imagery are current, aligned with brand messaging, and optimized to drive traffic and conversions. Continuously refine the user experience to attract, engage, and convert visitors into leads.
  • Departmental Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support FranFund departments (Franchise Relations, Sales, HR, Finance, Funding, and Lending) both proactively and reactively. Develop and deliver marketing tools, including collateral, automated workflows, and case studies, to enhance engagement and drive results.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, analyze workflow and event performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve marketing ROI.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Optimization: Serve as the marketing lead, working closely with our outsourced agency and in-house resources to ensure optimal performance of our marketing and sales tech stack. Provide thought leadership and collaborate on the effective use of platforms to streamline processes, enhance lead generation, and improve conversion rates.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
