We’re looking for a full-time experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives across three growing brands — from luxury portrait photography and education to fine-art framing. This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and loves seeing ideas come to life through thoughtful campaigns that connect, convert, and inspire.

This role works directly with the owner, managing ongoing marketing initiatives, launches, and brand growth strategies while collaborating with our social media manager, design contractors, and studio team.

Responsibilities by Brand

Brittany Elise Photography

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities to drive qualified leads and bookings.
  • Oversee the lead inquiry and follow-up process, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional events.
  • Develop and communicate monthly marketing plans and content calendars to the social media manager.
  • Maintain and update the website (copy, galleries, SEO optimizations, new offerings).
  • Collaborate on launch campaigns for studio events, sessions, and product rollouts.
  • Write and refine copy for client touchpoints and digital platforms.

Brittany Elise Education

  • Manage and execute launch campaigns for masterminds, workshops, and retreats.
  • Build and update sales pages (layout, copy, visuals, and conversion flow).
  • Oversee email marketing and automation for leads, students, and alumni.
  • Coordinate webinars, challenges, and live launches.
  • Monitor and engage with the LTL alumni / Brittany's Free Facebook group to support connection and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Brittany on strategy for content marketing and educational offers.

Brittany Elise HS Seniors

  • Lead and manage all marketing activities to drive qualified leads and bookings.

  • Identify, initiate, and maintain partnerships this includes regular calling, follow up and in person visits.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (creative, digital, or brand management preferred).
  • Willingness to identify, initiate, and maintain partnerships this includes regular calling, follow up and in person visits.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a polished, strategic voice.
  • Strong project management skills; able to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication with partners and contractors to ensure work is completed to our standard and on time.
  • Communicate daily with social media coordinator for content coordination and execution with current marketing strategy
  • Proficient in platforms such as Flodesk/ConvertKit, WordPress/Showit, Canva, Asana, and Meta Business Suite (or similar).
  • Experienced with funnels, sales pages, and launch strategy.
  • Passion for luxury brands, creative industries, and meaningful storytelling.
  • Understand how to critical analysis of data not just what is creating lead but is creating conversions.
