Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Business Development & Marketing
Reports to: VP Pre-Construction Services
About the Role
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping the company’s brand presence, supporting business development efforts, and driving strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will manage advertising, content creation, digital platforms, and internal communications while collaborating across departments to support company growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising:
- Identify and manage corporate advertising opportunities; design and write compelling ad content.
- Oversee creation and execution of advertising and public relations programs, including articles and news releases.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral for internal and external use, including brochures, presentations, and branded materials.
Marketing Execution & Content Oversight:
- Lead execution of marketing collateral, proposals, award submissions, and digital content.
- Oversee social media platforms, website content, and project documentation.
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot) to support marketing and business development efforts.
- Support event planning, jobsite marketing (banners, signage), and client appreciation initiatives.
- Develop marketing plans with input from relevant departments and oversee implementation.
- Administer the Customer Satisfaction Survey program.
- Maintain and update the incoming project list.
- Monitor project management platforms for photography; coordinate Safety review prior to use.
- Organize and tag images by segment, job, and usage type for use across proposals, social media, and internal displays.
- Support Business Development outreach through content and lead engagement.
Sales & Marketing Strategy:

Oversee development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Guide creation of advertising, PR programs, and direct mail efforts

Maintain and evaluate incoming project pipeline and CRM/database systems

Ensure consistent client engagement and lead follow-up

Fulfill contractor pre-qualifications and award submission requirements

Maintain relationships with clients and architects

Produce monthly department updates
Qualifications (required and preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within the construction industry

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and project management tools (e.g., Pantera, ProCore)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
