For over 45 years, we’ve helped property owners create and maintain their dream oasis. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing strategy, strengthen our community presence, and drive customer growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives across the company—bringing strategy, creativity, and data together to build brand recognition, attract new customers, and engage our loyal client base.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Leadership Team, and department heads to tell the Green Oasis story in fresh, compelling ways. From digital campaigns to community events, you’ll be at the center of everything that grows our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Own the marketing strategy and budget, focusing on growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.

Analyze performance data and customer trends to guide smart, results-focused decisions.

Evaluate and prioritize new ideas from across the company, identifying which strategies will have the greatest impact.
Marketing & Communications

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media.

Create engaging, on-brand content—photos, videos, graphics, and copy that showcase the Green Oasis experience.

Manage customer communications through WorkWave to support upsells, retention, and new customer acquisition.

Oversee vehicle decals, signage, promotional swag, and branded materials to ensure consistent, high-quality design.

Collaborate with our retail division to align messaging, cross-promote services, and deliver cohesive marketing across all branches.

Coordinate and participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities—ensuring Green Oasis always has a strong, visible presence.

Encourage and leverage customer referrals and online reviews to boost our online visibility.

Reimagine how we market and deliver our services—developing new packages, subscriptions, or campaigns that elevate the customer experience.

Who You Are

Experienced in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing (green industry experience a plus).

Proficient in social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
