Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: GigaParts Hunstville, AL
Employment Type: Full-time On-Site

Position Overview

This role oversees brand management, campaign execution, digital strategy, and market research to drive growth and support business objectives. The Marketing Manager works closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets aligned with company goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage content creation for web, print, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Mentor and support the marketing team to achieve department objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and demand generation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, video, or content management systems is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-driven environment.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. with the possibility of working outside normal hours to ensure all deadlines are met.
