The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and strengthen INN’s brand. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with executives, clinical operations, and HR to promote INN’s service lines, employer brand, and reputation in the healthcare community.

The Marketing Manager leads marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels, including campaigns, events, website, and internal communications, to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with INN’s mission, values, and growth goals

· Create and manage digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to promote awareness and recruitment

· Maintain and enhance INN’s website, SEO performance, and content using analytics and data insights

· Manage conference planning and event logistics for INN’s clinical service lines

· Support internal communications, recognition programs, and company culture initiatives in collaboration with HR

· Develop and update marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content for recruiting and business development

· Lead community engagement efforts with organizations such as the Epilepsy Foundation and Epilepsy Alliance America

· Partner cross-functionally with leadership to ensure consistency, compliance, and creativity across all channels

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or a regulated industry

· Strong writing, editing, and digital content skills

· Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and campaign analytics

· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple projects

· A creative and collaborative mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
