Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Irving, Texas


A Marketing Manager with a focus on trade show management, digital, and social media marketing management. Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Ito En (North America) Inc.’s that will promote its presence at trade shows and events and build brand awareness through digital and social media channels. Specific duties of this role include:


  • Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns that promote Ito En's presence at trade shows and events, and drive attendee traffic to the booth.
  • Coordinating all aspects of trade show planning, including booth design, logistics, staff scheduling, and budget management.
  • Managing the Ito En's social media presence, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and website optimization.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Creating and managing the marketing budget for trade shows, digital, and social media, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts against specific KPIs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors such as trade show organizers, advertising agencies, media outlets, and graphic designers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in trade show management, digital, and social media marketing, and making recommendations to adapt marketing strategies
  • Supporting the sales team with shopper marketing programs and other customer-specific marketing needs, by collaborating with key account managers to develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and preferences.

A Marketing Manager with a focus on trade show management, digital, and social media marketing management, who supports the sales team with shopper marketing programs and other customer-specific marketing needs, will be responsible for collaborating with key account managers to develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and preferences. They will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to support customer-specific marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, co-branded campaigns, and other shopper marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Experience in CPG industry (food or beverage) highly desirable.


They should also have experience in developing and executing shopper marketing programs and other customer-specific marketing initiatives, as well as a strong understanding of trade show management, digital, and social media marketing. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
