Position Overview
Quality Discount Press Parts & Equipment (QDPP&E) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our marketing and brand strategy. This role is critical in positioning QDPP&E as the preferred partner in the printing and converting industry for parts, consumables, and equipment. The Marketing Manager will own the execution of marketing campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and support sales growth through effective lead generation, trade show coordination, and customer engagement.
This position requires a creative yet data-driven professional who understands industrial B2B marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate technical value into compelling customer messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Strategy
- Lead QDPP&E’s rebrand and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Position QDPP&E as a leader in parts, consumables, and equipment solutions through branding, content, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
Campaign & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
- Oversee QDPP&E’s website, ensuring product content, imagery, and messaging drive conversions.
- Produce content including product spotlights, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters to highlight industry expertise.
Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
- Partner with sales leadership to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and support sales reps with effective collateral.
- Maintain a steady cadence of marketing touchpoints (digital campaigns, brochures, promotions) to nurture customer relationships.
- Track lead sources, monitor ROI, and deliver monthly marketing performance dashboards.
Trade Shows & Events
- Plan and manage QDPP&E’s presence at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Coordinate promotional materials, branded giveaways, and booth design.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads captured during events.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to position QDPP&E advantageously.
- Track marketing KPIs: website traffic, conversions, cost-per-lead, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership for ongoing improvement.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage relationships with outside design, branding, and digital marketing agencies.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to internal marketing staff or interns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA a plus).
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience; experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM systems).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
