Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis, with a focus on expanding our reach across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and leverage cutting-edge tools to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives and oversee print advertising campaigns to maximize visibility.
  • Lead content marketing efforts including copywriting, blog posts, email marketing, and product descriptions to engage target audiences.
  • Create compelling visual content for digital and print media.
  • Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms and manage WordPress websites, ensuring content accuracy and user engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns while tracking ROI and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate product management activities related to new launches or updates within the digital landscape.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in advertising sales, performance marketing, and e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets for large-scale campaigns with measurable results.
  • Familiarity with product management processes within a digital environment is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize ongoing campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
