About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing and branding efforts for our growing construction company. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our brand, supporting business development, and showcasing the projects and people that define who we are.

The Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies that highlight our capabilities, culture, and reputation across the construction industry. As a key member of the Business Development team, this position ensures that every marketing initiative reflects our core values: Tenacious, Resourceful, Forward-Thinking, Teamwork, Accountable, and Growth-Oriented.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—and who takes pride in telling the story behind every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Our Brand and Culture
    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote our company’s mission, values, and people.
    • Partner with leadership and project teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
    • Take ownership of all marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility in the construction marketplace.
  • Lead Brand Identity
    • Maintain consistent branding across all materials—proposals, jobsite signage, apparel, and digital channels.
    • Manage and update brand assets including logos, templates, and graphic standards.
    • Oversee production of branded materials, giveaways, and promotional items.
    • Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across departments and projects.
  • Manage Digital Marketing & Online Presence
    • Maintain and optimize the company website with fresh project updates and SEO best practices.
    • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to share project milestones, team stories, and industry insights.
    • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for clients and partners.
    • Oversee digital advertising efforts.
    • Track analytics and online engagement to measure campaign success.
  • Plan and Execute Events
    • Coordinate company events, such as project celebrations, team-building activities, and community outreach.
    • Organize company participation in industry trade shows, networking events, and career fairs.
    • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with our brand and business goals.
    • Develop event marketing materials and manage logistics from planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Create Engaging Content & Marketing Collateral
    • Lead the creation of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials for project pursuits.
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop case studies, project profiles, and award submissions.
    • Capture and edit photos and videos to highlight projects, field teams, and company culture.
    • Support leadership in preparing presentations and pitch materials for business development.
  • Strengthen Internal Communication & Employer Branding
    • Partner with HR to enhance recruitment and retention through employer branding campaigns.
    • Write and distribute the internal company newsletter celebrating project milestones and employee achievements.
    • Develop internal communication tools, branded templates, and resources for consistency.
    • Support initiatives that showcase our culture and reinforce team engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, architecture, or engineering industry.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing websites, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, estimators, and leadership to support business development goals.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A collaborative, team-first culture built on integrity and shared success.
  • Opportunity to shape the company’s brand and visibility within the construction industry.
  • Meaningful work that celebrates people, projects, and progress.
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.
