Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will oversee and execute a variety of marketing initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives within manufacturing, industrial and water sectors. This person will report into the director of business development. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messages for customers in the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of engineering expertise, creative system design thinking, and financial acumen to translate customer or internal requirements into actionable, cost-effective automation solutions. This position is a remote position however the individual will need to be located in the USA and preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Candidate will have access to any local office if desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Research & Planning: Identify, plan, and coordinate company participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Website Maintenance: Oversee website updates, content accuracy, and overall user experience; collaborate with vendors or internal teams to implement enhancements.
  • Marketing Collateral Generation: Develop and manage production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and sales support tools.
  • Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and manage content across social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website CMS platforms, and social media management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Event management experience.
