Position Overview
Elite Escape for Tourism seeks a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing & Content Manager to oversee the company’s marketing operations, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure consistent brand visibility across all channels. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between Elite Escape and the marketing agency — ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and alignment with the company’s luxury brand image.
Key Responsibilities
· 1. Agency Coordination
· Act as the main contact point between Elite Escape and appointed marketing agencies.
· Manage deliverables, review creative work, and ensure it meets Elite Escape’s branding standards.
· Track agency performance and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results (engagement, leads, ROI).
· Approve monthly content calendars, ad campaigns, and creative assets before publication.
· 2. Brand & Content Management
· Maintain and enforce Elite Escape’s brand identity guidelines.
· Oversee the creation of bilingual (Arabic/English) marketing materials, posts, and promotional videos.
· Supervise the production of digital content — including photoshoots, reels, and travel documentaries.
· Manage website content updates and SEO performance reports.
· 3. Digital Marketing & Analytics
· Monitor ongoing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
· Analyze campaign performance and generate monthly reports for management.
· Recommend improvements and adjustments to optimize marketing ROI.
· 4. Events & Partnerships
· Coordinate Elite Escape’s participation in exhibitions and hunting/tourism events (Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, etc.).
· Liaise with partners, influencers, and media outlets for collaborations.
· Ensure brand presence is consistent across all physical and digital touchpoints.
· 5. Internal Coordination
· Work closely with the CEO and operations team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
· Support new product/package launches and prepare marketing briefs for new destinations.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within tourism, luxury, or hospitality.
· Proven ability to manage external agencies and vendors.
· Strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and digital advertising.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
· Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and brand consistency.
· Ability to travel occasionally for exhibitions or destination shoots.
